Safe mode is the windows maintenance mode of a computer operating system. You can access your computer to diagnose problems on your computer. Below is a tips of how to access safe mode without pressing the F8 on your keyboard.Explanation
First of all, right-click on "My computer" and select Properties .In the System Properties, click on "Advanced".
Then select "Settings" in "Start and Recovery" to open same.

Click on "Edit" to open the boot.ini file

In the open text document "boot.ini", add the text "/NoExecute=Optin", then press "Enter" add the below text in the same line :
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="safe mode.ccm"/fastdetect/safeboot:minimal/sos/bootlog
This will refer as per below image .

Click on "File" and "Save" to register this configuration.
